【D咖⑧】山海之间的波动，赋予建筑新的视觉想象
本次8月2-4日的上海DAF建筑表皮大会，主题为“城市更新”，分享的案例涉及历保建筑、商场外墙翻新、旧社区开发、旧工厂再开发、体育场更新升级等等。
今天跟着大福一起来认识一下分享城市更新项目——大连三十七相的嘉宾：UUA的创始合伙人、主持建筑师李泳征先生和华艺幕墙的副总工程师徐进飞先生。
李泳征先生是UUA的创始合伙人和主持建筑师，全面负责工作室的设计创作和项目品控。他毕业于Bartlett, UCL，曾任职于伦敦的Foster and Partners，全过程参与美国苹果总部的设计。李泳征拥有英国ARB/RIBA资质，曾入选2022年PERSPECTIVE亚太区40位杰出青年设计师，并受邀担任2023和2024年美国Architizer A+Awards建筑奖评委。
Li Yongzheng is the founding partner and lead architect of UUA, with overall responsibility for the studio's design and project quality control. He graduated from Bartlett, UCL and formerly worked at Foster and Partners in London, where he was involved in the design of Apple Park in California. Yongzheng holds ARB/RIBA in the UK and was recognized as one of Asia's top 40 young professionals in the Architecture and Interior Design industry by PERSPECTIVE in 2022. He has also been invited to serve as a judge for the 2023 and 2024 Architizer A+Awards.
徐进飞先生，上海华艺幕墙系统工程有限公司副总工程师、项目经理，一级建造师、上海市建筑施工高级工程师、2006年毕业于南京工业大学土木工程专业，至今幕墙设计施工经验达18年，对大型框架幕墙设计、施工有较为深厚的专业经验。
Xu Jinfei, Deputy Chief Engineer and Project Manager of Shanghai Hanart Facade Specialist Co.,Ltd, a first-class construction engineer, a senior engineer of Shanghai construction engineering, graduated from Nanjing University of Technology in 2006, majoring in civil engineering, has 18 years of experience in curtain wall design and construction, and has profound professional experience in the design and construction of large-scale frame curtain walls.

大连三十七相位于大连西岗区老城核心区，场地处于半山之间的台地之上，北望海港，由一座始建于上个世纪七十年代的工业遗址改造而来。新的园区容纳了复合的业态，并最终成为一个开放的、有活力的城市节点。建筑的设计语言取自大连标志性的山与海的地域特征，使得建筑形象与城市精神充分契合，构建起建筑与人的情感交流，赋予建筑新的视觉想象。建筑改造以轻介入的方式，与周围环境形成强烈反差，创造出令人印象深刻的新旧对比与共生。
Transformed from an abandoned factory , Dalian 37 Xiang is located halfway up the mountain side with a main aspect towards the harbor in the north of the city. The new park accommodates a variety of business types and eventually becomes an open and vibrant urban node. The design is inspired by the geographical features of Dalian's iconic mountains and adjacent seas, creating a new architectural image that echoes the spirit of the city, establishing a spiritual connection between the building and people by endowing the building with a new visual imagination. Through a light intervention, the new building forms a strong contrast with the surrounding environment, creating an impressive juxtaposition of old and new and symbiosis.
