顾聪先生1997年毕业于上海理工大学机电一体化专业,从工作伊始就从事幕墙工作,至今已超过20年。他熟悉各类不同的外墙系统,对于各种不同幕墙系统的设计、幕墙系统及材料的价格、施工和加工图的制作以及项目管理等各方面的复杂性有充分了解,可以为项目的成功实施提供全面的服务,给客户和建筑师提供技术上的支持。他正在参与上海幕墙规范的编制,是上海幕墙规范编制组成员。


Gu Cong graduated from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in 1997, majored in mechatronics. He started his career as a façade designer. With more than 20 years’ experience in façade industry. Along with his career development, Gu gained full scale of knowledge of facade from concept design stage to construction stage, including detailed façade design of various systems, material and cost analysis, façade performance and project management and etc. In terms of consultancy service, Gu is able to provide comprehensive consultancy to the client and architect. He also is a member of Shanghai curtain wall committee working on Shanghai local curtain wall codes compiling work.

老市府大楼(原公共租界工部局大楼)始建于1914年,落成于1922年,大楼外形为英国新古典主义风格,并带有巴洛克风格的装饰。老市府大楼是黄浦区160街坊保护性综合改造项目的核心建筑,该项目主要包括沿街围合建筑、庭院红色建筑、庭院多功能建筑、地下空间等,建筑面积约68000平方米。


外滩·老市府项目的总体定位为高端现代服务业经典历史街区,形成70%办公、20%和10%商业文化复合型业态,打造国际金融办公服务平台、中央活动区文化标杆与城市共享公共空间。

The Old City Hall Building (the former Public Concession Ministry of Public Works Building) was built in 1914 and completed in 1922, with the appearance of the building in the British neo-classical style, with baroque decorations. The Old City Hall Building is the core building of the Huangpu District 160th Street Square Conservation and Comprehensive Renovation Project, which mainly consists of street enclosure buildings, courtyard red buildings, courtyard multi-functional buildings, underground spaces, etc., with a floor area of about 68,000 square meters.


The overall positioning of The Bund City Hall Plaza project is a classic historical block for high-end modern service industry, forming 70% office, 20% and 10% commercial and cultural composite business, creating an international financial and office service platform, a cultural benchmark for the central activity area and a shared public space in the city.

项目位于青浦西虹桥地区的蟠龙古镇,是全市32片郊区历史文化风貌区之一,也是青浦区距上海市区最近的历史文化风貌区。本项目定位为多功能综合国际社区,规划高品质的区域文化、商业设施,体肓主题绿地,优越的教肓资源与优质的就业环境。


The project is located in the ancient town of Panglong in the Xihongqiao area of Qingpu, one of the city's 32 suburban historical and cultural landscape districts, and the closest historical and cultural landscape district in Qingpu to downtown Shanghai. The project is positioned as a multi-functional comprehensive international community, with high-quality regional cultural and commercial facilities, themed green spaces, superior educational resources and a quality employment environment.
